9 months contract to lead operations supporting the pre-opening of an ultra-luxury integrated resort and casino & a 200 rooms cruise with the casino. Reporting directly to the Chairman and Board of Directors, consulting a team of 400 F&B employees to open six out of twenty restaurants in six months, establish a strategic promotions calendar, and implement the F&B 2018 business plan.

Designed a centralized beverage warehousing system, consolidating the inventory from gaming and non-gaming F&B.

Pre-opening planning of a 200-room cruise with the casino from scratch, from designing stage to project timeline, set goals for short and long terms business strategy.

Took over another 500 rooms resorts with the golf course for re-renovating and upgrading the entire resort, made suggestions and proposals to determine the sequence of upgrading each of the areas of the resorts.
